As a trans man, I bring a lived experience and a deeply personal understanding of gender identity and the complexities that can come with it. This perspective provides a compassionate, empathetic approach, allowing for meaningful connection and insight while maintaining openness, respect, and cultural humility with every client.

I offer therapy for individuals across the LGBTQ+ spectrum, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, queer, questioning, or anywhere along the continuum of identity.

Gender-Affirming Care
I provide gender-affirming therapy that centers your lived experience. Whether you are questioning your gender, preparing for surgeries or hormone-replacement therapy (HRT), or simply seeking a therapist who understands, I meet you where you are.
This may include:
- Writing letters of support for gender-affirming medical care
- Writing letters of support for legal name and/or gender marker changes
- Exploring pronouns, names, and identity expression
- Coping strategies for dysphoria and societal pressure
- Support through each stage of personal change—social, emotional, and medical
